“It’s been a great day. I talked to my dad about it, and I woke up this morning and felt like the time was right. It was a big weekend for me with homecoming this weekend and I just felt like it was time. I know what kind of need there is for me down there and I know I’ll be able to come in and compete for a starting spot. It’s a perfect situation for me and my family.
