“He’s a good kid on the field and a good kid off the field. He’s one of those kids who’s a bigger-than-life kind of person. He wants to be noticed, but humbly. He’s not one of those arrogant guys. He wants to be noticed, but based on what he does.

“Athleticism, quickness, great attitude, work ethic, all the clichés are there that make Qualen an elite player. He also has tenacity. You have to have that.
