Texas A&M's rotation shuffle was also bound to have its effects on the Aggies' mid-week plans. On Tuesday night at Olsen, those plans were dashed. A four-run second inning put A&M in a hole it wouldn't climb from.

From its one victory at Auburn to the Columbia game and a series victory against Florida, Texas A&M seemed within the last week to be getting itself back on track and setting up for the bulk of the SEC season.
