Some extensive notes and thoughts after compiling this month’s TexAgs Top 44 and releasing the initial set of Top 115 in ‘15 rankings:
 
Full disclosure here: the more I’ve thought about it, the more I’m convinced Kyler Murray will eventually (soon) rise to No. 1 in the 2015 overall rankings. Why? Because there hasn’t been a better high school football player to come out of the state of Texas since, well, Johnny Manziel.
