Underclassmen lead top performers in 7-on-7 Day 1

A number of 2016 and even 2017 prospects interjected their names further onto the recruiting scene on Thursday, dominating the first day of the Texas 7v7 Championships and drawing interest from all over.

On Thursday, sixty-four teams in the Division II bracket (4A and lower) took to Veteran’s Park in College Station for the first time in the 17-year history of the State 7-on-7 Tournament.

While the facilities were new, the action was true to form.
