A family trip to Las Vegas last week was fun.

While there, we took in shows that featured a magician, a ventriloquist and the exploits of men clad in blue.

As it turns out, we could have saved a lot of money and experienced that without ever leaving College Station.

Yes, my vacation was a lot like work, in that there was a lot of discussion about A&M quarterbacks. In fact, a blackjack dealer saw my golf shirt with an A&M logo and asked how the Aggies would do without Johnny Manziel.
