Admire him for his speed. Admire him for his acceleration. Admire him for the touchdowns he may score as a Texas A&M running back this football season.

Mostly, admire him for the reason he’s at Texas A&M.

Some guys choose a college because of girls. Williams did, too. He transferred to Texas A&M from Oklahoma for his girls — five-year-old Serenity and nine-month-old Lila.

“I’m here for my daughters,” said Williams, who is from nearby Brookshire, Texas.
