One Year Later: Depth tops uncertainty in Aggie lineup

As in 2013, some of Texas A&M's best players may be its most inexperienced. Indeed, youth again litters the Aggie depth chart — but in stark contrast to the season gone by, so does talent across the board.

A few days after naming a starting quarterback, Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin on Wednesday revealed a depth chart infested with freshmen for next week’s football season-opener against South Carolina.

Five freshmen — receivers Speedy Noil and Ricky Seals-Jones, defensive backs Victor Davis and Armani Watts and nose guard Zaycoven Henderson — were listed as starters or possible starters.
