Guys did a great job with their interviews. Enjoyed them all.
Excited to see them on the court.
Thanks for putting this together to share these players with the fans.

I like these kids. I really hope the chemistry they all talk about really translates to the court. Particularly, I hope J Green can apply all what he was sharing during the interview. Senior and junior leadership will be a key for this team success.

Looking forward to the season this year.

Why no Space?

Someone posted on another thread on premium that they ran out of time and weren't able to interview Space, Johns, and Miller.

Players were going station to station getting their official pics taken and we had to pick off players when we could. It was simply the luck of the draw who we got, although my focus was getting the freshmen and newcomers. But it wasn't our grand scheme to exclude Space, Miller, Johns...

Caruso and Roberson seem like the leaders on the team. If they are the focus or our rotation and offense we'll be in better shape.

Tonny's English is arguably better than many on the Admissions staff.

If Tonny's ready I'd like to see him alongside Roberson. The development of our bigs is a key to the season IMO

Jalen seems like a bright kid. He has good strength and rebounding for a wing. Can play stretch 4, but hopefully no more than 10 min/game in the SEC.

Robinson is aggressive - he'll contribute this season. Look forward to seeing his development as a fish. Encouraging comment about how hard the team is working. BK's teams in the past seem to have prepared as hard as BK's energy level - lukewarm

Peyton's attitude is positive, as he adjusts from Illinois. PSA - The "s" is silent.


Could provide some instant outside offense in a Steve Kerr role.

Wait - so coach Cyp was the guy after all that got to Avery Jr. first...and the dominos fell from there as AJ2 and Kenny Trout help deliver DJ and Tyler...

Roberson is so old he's already getting some gray...seriously.

I've noticed that on some pics.

I must say that the still video grab of Alex Caruso above is scaring me. It's a bit on the satanic side. :-)
