Whether Texas A&M is rumbling or stumbling into Southeast Conference basketball play is a matter of perspective.

Indeed, in a closer-than-expected 58-49 victory over Hartford before 6,325 at Reed Arena on Saturday afternoon the Aggies raised the proverbial question about the glass being half-full or half-empty.

The Aggies shot just 38 percent from the field and misfired on all 13 three-point attempts.
