A win is a win, as the saying goes. Though it was sloppy, the Aggies did enough to end non-conference play undefeated at home — an improvement over the past three seasons. But there are a few fixes to be made.

1. Lineup changes: A few eyes were raised when Danuel House did not start the game. More heads turned when Avery Johnson entered the contest as the back-up point guard ahead of Alex Robinson, who did not play. Kourtney Roberson did not play much in the second half due to an irregular heartbeat.

Billy Kennedy said after the game that a couple of players did not practice well, which changed the rotation. We can safely assume he was referring to House and Robinson.
