Things that opened the year as weaknesses for the Aggies have become strengths. Team unity is high and development across the roster is as well. There's work to be done, but we're witnessing a new A&M team.

1. Bench production: Three weeks ago Billy Kennedy had difficulty finding a solid sixth man off the bench. When he was forced to make substitutions, the productivity in the court dropped immediately.

That was then and this A&M team now has a reliable rotation that has proven to be successful. The scoring ability may decline when looking to the bench, but the hustle, intensity and defense stays at par.
