J.C. Chalk responds to A&M offer with tentative visit plans

The 2016 Argyle tight end is a longtime Clemson commit, but three other schools comprise a small list he still communicates with. A brand new offer from one of them has him arranging a potential trip to campus soon.

The Latest: 2016 Argyle TE J.C. Chalk

On Monday A&M moved on the 6-4, 230-pounder when he returned a phone call to Jeff Banks. While Chalk's offer list is growing, there's only a select few teams the Clemson commit is currently in communication with and considering outside of the Tigers — A&M, Texas and Ole Miss. Chalk, Gene Stallings' grandson, seems firm in his pledge but will continue to leave the door open and listen to the other programs he continues to stay in communication with.
