A chain reaction is a sequence of reactions in which a reactive product or byproduct causes additional actions to take place.

Like in football, for example.

Pressuring the quarterback leads to turnovers. Turnovers lead to scoring opportunities. And scoring opportunities lead to victories.

That’s no chain revelation.

Everyone who watches football is aware a quarterback under duress is more likely to make an errant throw.
