Aggies make early impression on 2017 DE Alexander Duke

Successive visits to Texas and Texas A&M have given 2017 Bellaire defensive end Alexander Duke a measuring stick early in his recruitment — and one that, according to Alexander, tilts heavily to one side.

Football Recruiting: 2017 Bellaire DE Alexander Duke

The 6-3, 225-pound defensive end is coming off a breakout sophomore season in which he tallied 35 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, eight sacks and a forced fumble to earn first team all-district honors. This summer he's been busy participating in camps to build his stock while also visiting college campuses.

Duke already has seen both TCU and SMU, and he visited Texas right before last weekend's visit to Texas A&M.
