Devwah Whaley reveals top schools, official visit plans

Football Recruiting: '16 Beaumont Central RB Devwah Whaley

The Texas A&M football staff is still looking to land two running backs in the 2016 recruiting class, and Devwah Whaley has always been among its top targets. Whaley is fresh off of a visit to Georgia and has two more trips planned — to Oklahoma and Arkansas — before he begins to focus on his upcoming season.

Whaley recently released his top-five list consisting of Georgia, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas, and he plans to take officials to all five over the course of the fall.

"First of all they all have great academic programs," Whaley said. "All of the coaching staffs are great as well, and those two things are important to me.
