Despite his commitment to LSU, 2016 North Shore defensive back Eric Monroe hasn't fully shut the door on Texas A&M. The start of the Mustangs' fall practices coincides with Monroe's desire to make another trip to College Station.

Football Recruiting: 2016 North Shore DB Eric Monroe

Monroe has had a busy summer on the recruiting scene, highlighted by his verbal commitment to LSU in June and pursuit from other programs — including Texas A&M.

In between The Opening, visits to schools and a few camps, he also found the time to put in quality work at the gym.
