Cy Fair OL Austin Deculus looking to play in the SEC

Football Recruiting: 2017 Cy Fair OL Austin Deculus

I went by Cy Fair this spring to check out 2017 talent Brock Wright and 2016 Texas A&M commit Braden Mann. Another one of the intriguing prospects at Cy Fair was Deculus, who at the time checked in at about 275 pounds.

It was easy to see Deculus had plenty of athleticism, but he really needed to add good weight especially to his lower body before he made it to a college campus. He went into this summer looking to add weight before his junior year, and he did just that — gaining almost 40 pounds on his 6-5 frame to get to around 315 pounds.

The Aggie Football staff got its first look at the new Austin Deculus last week when he made his first trip to Aggieland.
