Myles Garrett, who had his wisdom teeth removed last week, showed his fangs when they were needed most on Saturday afternoon.

Nevada had pulled within two touchdowns of Texas A&M in the fourth quarter and had recovered an onside kick. What once looked like an easy win had given way to an uneasy feeling in Kyle Field.

That is, until Garrett, perhaps the perfect defensive end, took matters into his own hands. He sacked quarterback Tyler Stewart on consecutive plays to effectively put an end to that Nevada nonsense and clinched a 44-27 Aggies college football victory.
