Rakeem Boyd planning to take in Texas A&M-Alabama

Following his late-summer visit to Texas A&M, 2016 Stratford running back Rakeem Boyd knew he had found a home. The Aggies play thus far in 2015 has only solidified it. Now, like most top recruits in Texas, he'll be in Kyle Field for Saturday's game.

Football Recruiting: 2016 Stratford RB Rakeem Boyd

The last time I was out to see Boyd, he left the game early with an ankle injury. While the ankle isn’t quite 100 percent yet, he is back out there trying to help his team win football games.

Incidentally, Stratford took down Brenham, 38-14, on Friday night — and Boyd was a big part of the win.

“I think we played pretty well,” he said.
