Familiar Fall: Aggies recall last season in bad home loss to Auburn

As quickly as the ship appeared righted, it veered violently off course. Offensive ineptitude against one of the nation's worst defenses led to a loss against one of the SEC West's bottom-rung teams and the Aggies now find themselves asking some familiar questions.

The glass-half-full crowd will point out that Auburn has steadily improved.

The glass-half-empty crowd will grouse that Texas A&M is getting worse.

Then, there are those that don’t care whether the glass is half empty or half full as long as the drink is 150 proof and will dull the pain of the Aggies’ 26-10 loss to Auburn Saturday night at Kyle Field.

A few weeks ago the Aggies were hoping to win the SEC West.
