Texas A&M linebackers vs. Western Carolina RB Detrez Newsome
The Aggies' defense has allowed at least 196 rushing yards in each of the past six games. Consequently, A&M is ranked 115th in the nation in run defense.

Inconsistent linebacker play has been blamed for much of that futility. The linebackers must do a better job to help contain Newsome, who has rushed for 857 yards. He’s aiming to be Western Carolina’s first 1,000-yard rusher since 2006.
