If it happens twice, it isn't an accident.

For the second year in a row, Texas A&M has offered the best linebacker in Tennessee.

Phillips is a 6-3, 230-pound, athletically gifted machine that has SEC playmaker already written all over him. He's certainly got some 'Tyrel Dodson' to him both on and off the field.
