Aggies present interesting possibilities in Friday Night Lights scrimmage

Myles Garrett, Daylon Mack and Christian Kirk are special players — nothing Texas A&M's Friday scrimmage demonstrated contradicted that. However, the showings by several other Aggies and their potential implications were the story of the night.

An estimated crowd of 11,000 that sat through 50-degree temperatures at Kyle Field on Friday night learned Myles Garrett can rush the passer, Daylon Mack is hard to block and Christian Kirk is extremely elusive in the open field.

Texas A&M’s Friday Night Lights scrimmage revealed little more than the obvious, which is typical in spring football.

The atypical sightings actually rose questions as to what was actually seen.
