Texas A&M head football coach Kevin Sumlin announced on Thursday night that sophomore safety Justin Dunning has suffered a season-ending injury.

Dunning tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee during practice earlier this week.

Dunning has had two previous ACL tears, both in his left knee. He sustained one in high school and another near the end of last season.
