2017 WR Omar Manning named Army All-American, plans to visit A&M

Lancaster WR Omar Manning was named an Army All-American this week and said he plans to officially visit Texas A&M at some point this season. Planning to make his decision at the end of the year, Manning is narrowing down his choices.
