Key Matchups: No. 4 Texas A&M at Mississippi State

In the College Football Playoff rankings for the first time, Texas A&M needs a road win at Mississippi State to stay in the national title hunt. To get it, the Ags will have to stop Nick Fitzgerald, Fred Ross and A.J. Jefferson while tuning out the noise.

The Running Quarterbacks
Nick Fitzgerald and Trevor Knight rank 1-2 in the SEC in rushing yards from the quarterback position, with Fitzgerald cracking the top-10 overall with 657 yards gained. Fitzgerald has out-gained Knight on the ground, but the majority (nearly 520, to be exact) of his yards have come against the likes of UMass, Samford, South Carolina and Kentucky.
