After settling into the game on Saturday, the junior quarterback fared pretty well against Mississippi State, throwing for 222 yards and a pair of touchdowns on 11-of-17 passing. He did the same after a rocky start in last year's Music City Bowl against Louisville, finishing with 307 yards and 2 TDs with 1 interception.
