2017 Plano East DT Deiontae Watts: A&M's 'atmosphere was perfect'

Deiontae Watts is committed to Nebraska, but he took an official visit to Texas A&M for the Ole Miss game. Watts had a great time and was hosted by Aggie DE Landis Durham, who encouraged him to make sure he went to a school he was comfortable with.

Plano East defensive tackle Deiontae Watts took his official visit to Texas A&M last weekend. It was his second official of the fall. The first was to Nebraska in September, and he committed to the Cornhuskers shortly after the trip.

The Aggies have stayed in touch with Watts since he made his early season decision with coach David Turner leading Texas A&M’s efforts. Watts has known he would like to take an official visit at some point.
