  • When you go 8-4, sometimes it is not the record you want, but it is not bad.  I want to congratulate Myles Garrett and Christian Kirk who made All-American.  Then we had Avery Gennesy and Justin Evans who both made All-Conference.  When your teams ends up in a bowl game, you get to hand out individual awards.

  • When we won the championship in 1956, we had four All-Americans and a bunch of All-Conference players.
