The Tigers are a team that wants to run up and down the court and take quick shots by attacking off the dribble, back door cuts and ball screens on the perimeter. They will usually play with one post in the paint and four guards around the arc. Johnny Jones has a very spaced out offense to give each player the ability to drive and create for their teammates.
