Nick Choruby is entering his senior season at Texas A&M, and with that comes taking the lead in the locker room. The Aggie center fielder opened up about his new role, preparations for the 2017 season and more.

On the first practice of the spring...
"I would say it's a lot of excitement. We are out here. We have skill instruction so we have been out here a little bit, but everyone is looking forward to the first practice. It's good to be out here, and we get to go under the lights tonight, which is going to be fun."

On how the young guys have adjusted so far this year...
