Aggies gun for third straight SEC win against sharpshooting Vanderbilt

Texas A&M has a chance to put together a three-game SEC winning streak, but to do that, the Aggies will have to shut down the Commodores from beyond the three-point line. As always, Texas A&M's size could be its biggest advantage.

Texas A&M could be on target for a three-game SEC basketball win streak.

That is, if the Aggies can contain Vanderbilt at the three-point line.

A&M (11-9, 3-5) aims to extend a modest two-game conference winning streak when Vanderbilt (10-11, 3-5) visits Reed Arena Tuesday night.

The up-and-down Commodores lead the SEC with 209 three-point goals and a 39.1 shooting percentage from beyond the arc.
