You’d love for the football team to go for more than 15 working days like the old days. Full pads Monday through Friday, scrimmage Saturday, I don’t remember any players going goofy back then. If A&M is going to win the SEC West, they need to stop the run and play fundamental football and that is blocking and tackling.
This particular spring practice reminds me of the 1954-1955 season. We opened up with the number one team in the nation, UCLA.
