HOOVER, Ala. — Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin said on Wednesday that senior cornerback Nick Harvey likely won’t play in the 2017 season. During spring drills, Harvey sustained a knee injury that required surgery.

“I don’t foresee him being able to go,” Sumlin said. “It could be a redshirt situation. We’ll make that decision in the fall.”

Harvey posted 66 tackles and had one interception last season.
