QBs Kellen Mond and Jake Hubenak
Kevin Sumlin will keep his starter under wraps until Saturday but intends to play the true freshman and the senior in the home opener, with each quarterback seeing plenty of action. Before Nick Starkel was lost for what will likely be the entire season, the plan was to bring Mond along slowly.
