Cover Story: Aggies take step forward with late surge against Cajuns

Saturday's first half was nothing less than dismal for Texas A&M, but the Aggies came up with 31 unanswered points to run away with a victory. Has A&M reached a turning point? It's too early to tell, but at the very least, it was a small step forward as the Ags ready themselves for SEC play.

I've got a rule for myself that I started adhering to a while back. It has to do with not Tweeting during Texas A&M football games. Some can handle it, others not so much. Me? I'd prefer to watch the game, head home and think about what transpired on the field before hacking away on my phone or keyboard.

It's served me well, and that was probably the case again on Saturday when Kevin Sumlin's Aggies made their way to the locker room trailing the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns, 21-14.
