• Just like it was for the A&M offense, Saturday's game was a tale of two halves for John Chavis' defense. The Ags were nearly as shaky on defense during quarters No. 1 and 2 as they were on offense, but the half ended on a bad note when Louisiana marched 81 yards on 13 plays in less than three minutes to take a 21-14 lead with just seconds remaining in the second quarter.
