Bewildered Aggies fall to familiar tormentors in Fitzgerald, Bulldogs

Texas A&M had an extra week to prepare for Mississippi State and quarterback Nick Fitzgerald, but it wasn't close to enough time. The Aggies struggled to play cohesive football for four quarters and fell to the Bulldogs once again.

Though unofficial, there is a list of Texas A&M’s football nemeses — pains in the … ahem, neck – who frequently tormented the Aggies.

Alabama’s Minkah Fitzpatrick is certainly on it. Texas Tech receiver Wes Welker is definitely on it. Ricky Williams and Eric Dickerson would be on it, too.

Add Mississippi State quarterback Nick Fitzgerald to the list. Maybe even put him at the top of it.

Once again, Fitzgerald was a thorn in the Aggies' side.
