Post-Game Review: Texas A&M 55, New Mexico 14

Nick Starkel was spectacular in his first career start at Kyle Field on Saturday night against New Mexico, throwing for 416 yards and four touchdowns in two quarters of action. Wideout Christian Kirk added two touchdowns of his own.

Back in the starting lineup Texas A&M redshirt quarterback Nick Starkel shredded the New Mexico secondary for 416 passing yards and threw four touchdown passes — all in the first half — and the Aggies roared to a 55-14 college football victory Saturday night at Kyle Field.

Starkel was making his first start since the season-opener against UCLA. He suffered an ankle in the second half of that game that forced him to miss the next six games.
