• Nick Starkel threw for 416 yards and 4 touchdowns in the first half alone and would have shattered Texas A&M's single-game passing record had Noel Mazzone left him in the game for probably another two or three possessions. He allowed Mazzone to utilize his entire playbook, made beautiful downfield throws over the middle and deep down the sidelines and did all of the little things to make the offense go.
