Texas A&M trailed Ole Miss at the half but put the clamps on the Rebels in the third and fourth quarters to eke out a victory on the road. The win puts the Aggies above .500 in SEC play and pushes their 2017 record to 7-4.

OXFORD, Miss. — Freshman Derrick Tucker returned an interception 19 yards for a touchdown early in the fourth quarter, and Texas A&M’s defense shut down Ole Miss in the second half as the Aggies captured a 31-24 Southeastern Conference football victory Saturday night at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.

The victory ended a three-game losing streak against Ole Miss.
