Jimbo Fisher’s very name indicates he likes seafood. He enjoys brisket. But he can resist it. Chicken can be stricken from his diet. Bacon can be forsaken.

ESPN’s Peter Burns recently asked if Fisher would be willing to adopt a vegan diet for a year if it meant beating Alabama on Saturday. Fisher’s response? Bring on the tofu.

“I love winning too much to care about food,” he said.

Of course, Fisher came to College Station to win. And win big.
