AUBURN, Ala. — A plague of mistakes in the fourth quarter resulted in a pair of late Auburn touchdowns as No. 25 Texas A&M was dealt a painful 28-24 Southeastern Conference football defeat on Saturday at Jordan-Hare Stadium.

Boosted by three Trayveon Williams touchdowns, the Aggies (5-4, 3-3) held a 24-14 lead and twice had the ball in Auburn’s end of the field in the final quarter.

But Seth Small missed a 36-yard field goal attempt with 10:27 remaining.
