TEXAS A&M PLAYERS TO WATCH

QB Kellen Mond

The Aggie quarterback looked as sharp as he ever has in the season-opener, throwing perfect strikes most of the evening and appearing to be in total command of Jimbo Fisher's offense. Mond seemed confident and in complete control, which is exactly how you would have described his play during the second half of last year's meeting with the Tigers.
