Former A&M QB Ryan Tannehill has big opportunity in first start with Titans

The Titans’ decision to bench quarterback Marcus Mariota means Ryan Tannehill has his second chance, perhaps a season earlier than he expected.

Just over half a year ago, Tannehill went through nearly the exact same scenario Mariota is now experiencing.

A Miami team that had selected Tannehill in the first round of the 2012 draft, convinced he was the franchise quarterback of the future, finally gave up on him after seven up-and-down years.
