Trailing 16-3 in the third quarter, Jimbo Fisher’s Aggies found themselves in an eerily similar position to the one they were in at Clemson in Week Two and two more times against Auburn and Alabama. A top-ten (in this case a top-five team for the third time) opponent had taken complete control of the game versus Texas A&M early in the second half. Each of the first three times that happened, the Ags could never get out from under.
