Frisco (TX) Independence 2021 tight end Elijah Arroyo‍ has been one of the hottest prospects in Texas since the calendar flipped to 2020, and in January, Texas A&M reached out to the 6-foot-4, 215-pound standout to let him know an offer is on the table.
