With cancellations, quarantines, tweaked eligibility rules and God-knows-what else will come college football’s way this fall, expect more freshmen to play per team than ever before. The most talented guys were always going to be leaned on, though. As we dive into the craziest college football season ever, it’s a good time to size up which freshmen we think will make the biggest impacts.
