Ciancia: Mississippi State's offense makes them dangerous every week

After upsetting the defending national champions in Death Valley last week, Mike Leach's Mississippi State Bulldogs appear to be a threat in the SEC West. According to Brett Ciancia, we should tap the breaks on calling the Bulldogs a contender despite their potent offense.

  • This time last week, we were thinking about how great having the SEC would feel, and it finally set in this weekend. The last couple of years in college football, it's been pretty chalk heavy where the powerhouses have been winning the conferences. That changed this weekend with Oklahoma and LSU both going down. With Oklahoma, they had 50 five and four-star athletes. Kansas State had zero. Coaching matters.
